Just to give you some background, I am a farmer. I raise Organic and Pasture Raised meats and poultry for the food business. The standards I have used on my farm are the same for my smoked products. Use the best and freshest ingredients and take the time to craft the best product you can because it is you reflected in them.

I make everything here myself by hand. Artificial ingredients are non-existent here, so my food will not taste like what you are accustomed to from the grocery store. I love food -- raising it, making it and most importantly EATING it. I hope you enjoy my food as much as I do.
